Fish Fry:

Appetizers (presented on tables near the bar as guests arrive): Vidailia Onion Pie served with pita chips, Fried Okra with tangy ranch dip

Dinner:  Buffet Fish Fry: Fried or grilled chicken fingers, fried catfish, and hushpuppies 

Your Choice of 4 side dishes: Field Peas with rice, Collard Greens, Butter Beans, Corn Salad (corn, diced tomatoes, green onion, creamy mayo based dressing, salt and pepper), Crunchy Cole Slaw, Garlic Cheese Grits

Dessert: Assorted tray of mini sweets (brownies, cheesecake bites, lemon squares)

Low Country Boil:

Appetizers (presented on tables near the bar as guests arrive): Vidailia Onion Pie served with pita chips, Spinach Dip served with cut veggies (baby carrots and celery sticks), Fried Dill Pickles with ranch dressing dip

Dinner:  Buffet Low Country Boil: includes shrimp, sausage, corn on the cob, green beans, new potatoes, onions, rutabagas, mushrooms (please advise if you would like to add or delete any items in the boil)

BBQ Sliders (Pulled pork with bbq sauce on potato bun and pickle), Garlic cheese grits, Crunchy cole slaw

Dessert: Assorted tray of mini sweets (brownies, cheesecake bites, lemon squares)
